I have come across many risks and hurdles along the way. It has not been easy to get Matchstick Monkey to where it is now:
After 1/2 a year of planning & designing I finally produced the first mold, but it turned out the monkey was a tiny bit too skinny. This set me back a lot of time & money as I had to produce a second mold. I had to go back to the drawing board and redesign the perfect monkey. It took a further 5 months to design and sample the second batch of samples but luckily they turned out to be great.
I then had to make sure my design passed all the necessary testing. Using the highest quality materials with your babies safety in mind and every dimension thoroughly & lovingly thought about Matchstick Monkey has used the highest quality of FDA approve silicone.
